The health sector through the stewardship of the Ministry of Health and Wellness launched the Botswana Health Data Collaborative (BHDC) on the 10th of March 2020. The aim of the BHDC is to rally all stakeholders towards a common Health Sector Health Information and Monitoring and Evaluation system.
Technical Working Groups (TWGs) are very key in implementation of identified national health priorities. The newly constituted TWGs are:
- Data and Information use TWG
- Digital Health TWG
- Civil Registration and Vital Statistics TWG
- Quality and Safety of Care TWG
